This program is based on the Lifetime Show “DietTribe” in which a group of women are all trying to lose 50 lbs. (the amount of weight for my group is dependent on the person, but ideally 10-60lbs.)

I have had success with many clients, but noticed that many of them feel like they are on “an island” in their journey, or that weight-loss is So much harder for them than for other people… This is usually not the case. I think that as a group of women working together, we can get to our goals faster, by giving support, sharing ideas on how to fit exercise and diet in with husbands, children and jobs, keeping each other accountable, and cheering each other on when it feels like nothing is happening.

I require a 3 month commitment, as that is the amount of time it generally takes for the body to respond and show visible change. Some women (with more than 30lbs to lose) may need to continue for 6 months or longer.

I GUARANTEE RESULTS if you adhere and follow the program. There is No FAIL and NO EXCUSES! This is the program outline, and is limited to 5 women each session:

3x week: ONE HOUR PER SESSION+
One weekly phone session coaching and diet adjustment
Session #1: 6am M W F
Session #2: 10am M W F
Session #3: 6pm M T Th
Cost: $500/mo for 3 months
